This PR updates the feature list and SpringRoll state listeners to a standardized set. Prior to this, all tree templates had different feature lists and listeners.
I've also renamed
apptoapplicationto be consistent with the Phaser template, and adjusted some formatting for consistency.This PR is based off of the Pixi 8 branch (#105), so those changes will show up here until that PR is merged.
